1) Tick the option “I agree to the privacy statement” after reading the privacy statement and then click Get Started to start creating your face model.

When your connected camera isn’t recognized by FaceID, you can try the following steps to solve the issue:
1. If you are using an integrated camera, make sure that the power of your camera is turned on. You can refer to the user manual of your laptop to turn on your camera.
2. If you are connecting a webcam to your PC, please do the following steps:
1) Disconnect and reconnect your webcam, or reconnect it with a different USB port (USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 port) on your PC.

4) Uninstall your webcam driver and scan for hardware changes.

There are two methods to add a file / folder into the Whitelist.
1. After a scan is finished, please right click on the item and choose Ignore, then the item will be added to the Ignore List.
2. Click the Options button and then choose Antivirus Settings to show the configuration window. In the pop-up window, choose Whitelist, click Add a file / Add a folder, and then follow the steps to add a file / folder into the Whitelist.
Please note that all the items in the Whitelist will be skipped in real-time protection and when you perform a scan.
In case of any false positives, all the threats found out by Advanced SystemCare Ultimate will be removed to the Quarantine when the option Quarantine threats when removing them is ticked. When there is a false positive, you can easily restore the quarantined file from the Quarantine List to its original location. You can also delete the infected file permanently from the computer by clicking Delete if it is not a false positive.

When you boot your computer for the first time after updating drivers, the system has to load the new drivers which consume large amounts of computer performance, so the computer is slow. When a new graphics driver is being installed, its running parameter may get adjusted or even reset. So black, flickering or shrinking screen happens.
